“Books are a uniquely portable magic” Stephen King
Stephen King is prolific. Anyone who says otherwise died before he fist published. The effects of his books on modern culture are legendary. It’s hard not to mention his Twitter account as well, you can find (and I strongly advise you follow) him here. A couple examples of his wit:
Tonight’s drummer joke: Why is a funk band like a bull? The horns are in front and the asshole is in back.

Anyone who has to call himself a genius…isn’t.

And of course the Thing of Evil:

I’ll be honest- I’ve never read a book by him. Not by intention. I have a feeling it’s more by accident. I do want to read the Dark Tower series. They had an effect on Belov’d that I would like to know more about. From what I’ve read about the recent movie, it really doesn’t do it justice. This leaves the only way to find out about the Dark Tower universe is to read it.
