It's odd how six months on it's the little pangs that catch me out now.
Currently, I'm sitting in the swathes of my own attempt of patience. We will see if I have passed the start of my hill or if I need to keep trying some more soon.
Both really communicate clearly how little we're prepared to be like flowers. To take the time to enjoy the present, to enjoy being in the moment- even with friends or just with flora.

Belov'd and I are big fans of Jeeves and Wooster. He would find them rather entertaining- and would pause them occasionally to say "and this is why you lost the empire!".
The Merry Wives of Windsor is a sadly apt at the moment. It's set around the respected Sir John Falstaff deciding to seduce two married women. What's that you say? Sounds shockingly familiar? Thankfully the women, Mrs Page and Ford, in the play realise what is happening- and expose the fucker.
Sometimes you just need to add a bit of wordplay to change your perspective. The quote was rather charming and I couldn't help use it.
